Model HEX-21
Hall Effect Experiment
Determine the Hall coefficient and carrier concentration of a semiconductor sample.

Model HEX-21
01 / 04
Overview
The resistivity measurement of semiconductors cannot reveal whether one or two types of carriers are present; nor distinguish between them. However, this information can be obtained from Hall Coefficient measurement, which are also basic tools for the determination of carrier density and mobilities in conjunction with resistivity measurement.
